1- مع الأسف لم أجد في أوبرا تشغيل تلقائي لصفحة ما .
2- speed page of opera is just for gathering favorites pages and websites for easy access
fully kiosk browser does'nt need "Launch On Boot " to start on boot,
it has option i think to start with system,
